Hey Andrew,
Just thought you might get a kick from these. You said if I got a good one, send you pictures.
He's an Otsego Co., 165lb, 6pt. which I aged at 3 1/2 years old. Rattling antlers brought him to the area,
and your Black Widow Dominator drew him to an 18 yard bow shot on 11/12. Good Stuff!
I'd be interested in a catalog, or price list, of your urines and cover scents when one is available.
When we spoke on the phone last fall, you said there wasn't any yet.
Feel free to use the photos, if you wish.
Sincerely,
Frederic Schrull

Dr. Patrick J. Keem
Dear Andrew,
My son Patrick J. Keem II brought me a bottle of your "Doe in Heat" Black Widow Lure in early November.
On Fri, Nov 21, 1997, I put it in my new scent holders and placed them 30 to 40 yard from my treestand
(shotgun season). This big guy got wind of your scent and came in and gave me an easy 45 yard
shot through the neck. I am positive he smelled your Doe in Heat Product and brought him close
enough for a clean shot. Thanks for a great buck lure and we'll be buying more next fall.
The "Black Widow Buck" is very special to me.
Yours in the interest of great hunting,
Dr. Patrick J. Keem

Andrew,
Two years in a row with your Black Widow Doe in Estrous Buck Lure.
I put out 3 scent canisters and also sprayed mist in the air
(New technique a friend told me about). He came in lip curling for a perfect
shot on Nov. 3rd at 3:35pm. Nice 13 yard shot through both lungs.
Thanks Again,
Pat "Doc" Keem

Donald J. Buchanan
Hi Andy,
Don Buchanan from East Troy, WI. Just writing you to let you know how my season went.
The deer population is down in my area from previous years. But I seen some nice bucks.
Let a 6 pointer walk during bow season. He stopped and licked my scent drag that was
hanging in the tree. I'm impressed with your deer scents!! This is the second buck to
do this while bow hunting. My buddy missed a 9 pointer doing the same thing this year.
I borrowed him a bottle.
Keep up the good work!! Hope to hear from you soon. And I'll be odering more scents this fall!!
Sincerely Yours,
Donald J. Buchanan

Hi Andrew,
I didn't kill any big bucks this year, you know how that goes. I did, however, take two small ones.
On the last day of our early Bow Season, in the last 15 minutes of the day, a fat little 4 pt followed a
scent line I put down with the doe pee. I arrowed him at 12 yds. Nice way to end the season.
The next day was our gun opener. I shot another 4 pt at 22 yds around 10:00am.
He stuck his nose in a natural scrape which I doctored up with the Hot-N-Ready.
So that was 2 bucks in 24 hrs that fell for your lure! I'll send my order in September.
Keep me on your mailing list and send me a catalog.
Your Friend,
Federic D. Schroll | |

The woods where I hunt are great in the evenings but, in the mornings,
the deer have already moved back through to their bedding areas. Due to work,
I could only hunt in the mornings. One morning, I went in well before daylight
dragging a rag in circles around my tree stand that was soaked in your Hot & Ready.
I was hoping that this would hold a buck up in our woods until shooting light.
At 7:35am guess what was going in circles grunting with every step!
Thanks for a great product,
Rod Morrow
P.S. I had almost written off all scents and I still have except one!

In the past two years, I have gotten the best bucks of my life.
The biggest factor in these successful hunts was Black Widow Lures.
This year, I placed Dominator in a film canister with very small pin holes
in the bottom so that it would drip out slowly. I put this on a branch about
six feet off the ground directly above a natural scrape I found Nov. 7th.
I almost fell over a week later when I saw what happened. There were two new
scrapes and all three were now the size of my coffee table.
I refilled the one film canister and hung another. Opening day lasted less than an hour for me.
Thanks again Andy!
Rod Morrow.

There is only one reason I got this buck: Black Widow's Hot & Ready!
This buck was bedding on a property due west of ours. We are not allowed
to hunt there; however, we are allowed to walk the property while not hunting.
He was feeding in our food plot but only after dark. The rut was really breaking
loose at the beginning of gun season so I placed four rags soaked in Hot & Ready
fifty yards apart on the property line in trees. I was in a stand on the north side
of the field with a southwest wind when, two hours before dark, he appeared on the edge
of the field with his nose to the wind. Looking at the picture, you can see what happened.
Hot & Ready drew a 3 1/2 year old buck out of his bed, during day light,
five days into gun season! Need I say any more?

I've hunted for fifty years and never believed in "gimmicks" including scents to kill a deer.
My son, Rod, claimed his two biggest bucks which are on your web site were direct results of your product.
One morning, he gave me a string with a rag soaked in your Hot&Ready and told me to drag it to my stand.
Well, this deer should've had a bloody nose the way he ran it across the ground headed right for me.
He is not my biggest buck but he is one of my most memorable.
Thank You Much,
Norm Morrow
P.S. I could have used this stuff fifty years ago!

Just wanted to drop a quick line telling you how impressed I am with the
Black Widow Doe In Estrus product. It is definitely a more effective and
lower priced alternative to 'Still Steamin'.
I took a decent 8 pointer at 42 yards during archery season that was
feverishly working a scrape I had doctored with Hot-n-Ready.
A few weeks later my wife took a nice 10 pointer during gun season at 50
yards that had literally stopped in his tracks and started lip curling in
the middle of a cut corn field when he caught wind of a scent key that had
been soaked in Hot-n-Ready.
Thanks for offering a great product at a fair price. I'm sold on Black
Widow; the proof is in the freezer!
Regards,
Ed Mullen

Please find enclosed a photo of my buck taken with a Muzzy 90gr 4 Blade on a CX300 out of my 4Runner.
This buck was a ten point that dressed out at 230lbs.
Black Widow Hot-n-Ready, was used on a scent wick and Dominator was used to make a fake scrape.
I rattled and grunted; waited about ten minutes. This buck started rubbing a maple tree
about fifty yards out to my left and came in to challenge the rattle/grunt/doe and was busy sniffing the scrape.
The shot on this deer was thirty yards, slight quartering shot right shoulder. The arrow penetrated the
right side of the chest and fractured the left shoulder.
Your scents certainly were a help getting this beast in.
This is my first buck. I spent twenty years in sevice of the Uncle and my hunting partner, my Dad,
ied when I was overseas. This is the first time to use your lure and it will not be my last.
To say the least, I will be a supporter for many years to come.
Sincerely,
Scott Smith

Andy,
My Dad has used your products for years now and is on your web site.
I thought you would like to see the picture of my first buck with a bow.
Unfortunately, twenty minutes before I killed this buck, I missed a buck that was bigger
than either one of my Dad's bucks. Both bucks came down a drag line I had run with your
Hot & Ready and stopped in my shooting lane were I had a scent trap hanging.
I just wanted to thank you because without your products I would not have seen either deer.
Thanks Again
Andy Morrow
